Welcome to Pallavi Aware International School – Saroornagar, one of Hyderabad’s top CBSE schools. We offer a rolling admissions process, allowing students to apply at any time during the school year. To ensure a smooth application experience, please bring all required documents with your application form.

We encourage families to arrange a campus tour to experience our academic programs, facilities, and diverse extracurricular offerings. Our Admissions Coordinator is available to assist with any questions. Our admissions process is designed to be efficient and welcoming for all applicants, and admitted students are expected to integrate seamlessly into the regular classroom environment. A confidential Student Evaluation form may be requested from the applicant’s previous school to support the application.

Admission Season: Typically begins mid-November
Application Submission: Please submit forms to the administrative office.

AGE CRITERIA
Nursery	Child should be 2.5 years of age as of 31st March of the admission year.
PP1	Child should be 3.5 years of age as of 31st March of the admission year.
PPII	Child should be 4.5 years of age as of 31st March of the admission year.
Grade I	Child should be 5.5 years of age as of 31st March of the admission year.
Grade II	Child should be 6.5 years of age as of 31st March of the admission year.
Grade III	Child should be 7.5 years of age as of 31st March of the admission year.
Grade IV	Child should be 8.5 years of age as of 31st March of the admission year.
Grade V	Child should be 9.5 years of age as of 31st March of the admission year.
Grade VI	Child should be 10.5 years of age as of 31st March of the admission year.
Grade VII	Child should be 11.5 years of age as of 31st March of the admission year.
Grade VIII	Child should be 12.5 years of age as of 31st March of the admission year.

Gemeral Guidance for Students

All students must attend the general assembly in the morning and should arrive at school before the first bell rings. Habitually late students will be sent home.
75% attendance is compulsory for promotion to the next class. If a student is absent for 7 consecutive days without prior notice, their name will be removed from the school rolls.
The school begins at 8:15 AM and ends at 3:15 PM.
Students who are late must bring a note from their parents. No student is allowed to leave the school premises during school hours without permission from the principal or in-charge, along with a gate-pass.
Care must be taken with school property. Students should not damage desks, chairs, or other furniture. Negligent students will be charged for damages.
Bullying or intimidating other students, staff, or teachers is strictly prohibited
Students are not permitted to wear gold ornaments, such as chains, rings, bangles, or anklets. The management is not responsible for the loss of any expensive items.
Students are not allowed to bring cameras, mobile phones, music players, electronic gadgets, blades, pictures, or sharp instruments to school.
Misconduct, malfeasance, and indiscipline in school convey will not be abode.
Students should speak softly and politely and communicate in English only.
Students should peregrinate to school in uniform on their day of birthday too and they are not sanctioned to give sumptuous return gifts to their classmates.

Parents or guardians must attend the PTM (Parent-Teacher Meeting) regularly. Tentative PTM dates for PAIS Saroornagar are provided in the year planner.
School programs, such as Annual Day, Sports Day, and Founders Day, are given high importance. Please encourage your children to participate, as these events help develop interpersonal and intrapersonal skills.
Students must follow the school’s rules and regulations. If found deviating, they will face consequences.
In all matters, the decision of the Principal of Pallavi is final and binding upon the student.

Students must maintain discipline.
Whenever a student’s demeanor is found unacceptable he/she will be issued a Discipline form.
If the student reiterates the same demeanor, he/she will be detained in the school.
If the students are found roaming in the corridors or going to the washroom (other than during a short break or lunch break) without the permission card, three chances are given.
The above measures are taken to bring in self-discipline among the students.
Students can earn their credits by deporting well in the classroom as well as school premises.

Students should maintain silence in the library.
Students should return the books on-time.
Students should handle the books with care.

The students will work individually on some experiments, while other experiments will be done with partners or groups.
Students should not engage in horseplay such as tickling, throwing objects, etc.
Breakage fees for glassware or the equipment broken due to misuse will be charged to the student.

Students are expected to obey directions given by all the supervisors while on the playground. Students are not allowed in any of the play areas without any supervisor to monitor.
Students must play the designated games in the designated areas.
The students must stop playing and walk into their classes once the bell rings.
Students should not bully while playing.
